On September 28, WWE filed a trademark “WWE Campus Rush” for organizing and conducting a program to improve the use of student-athlete (NIL) names, images and likenesses.

Mark for: WWE CAMPUS RUSH trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of organizing and conducting a program to enhance the use of student-athlete (NIL) names, images and likenesses; arranging and conducting collaborative partnerships with student-athletes for branding, coaching, development, education, communication, advocacy and community relations services; entertainment services, namely, arranging and conducting an array of live broadcast and recorded entertainment sporting events for distribution; organization and arrangement of exhibitions and events for sporting and entertainment purposes; entertainment services, namely, providing information and news about sports, entertainment and general interest broadcast live and via broadcast media, including television and via the Internet or commercial online service; provision of information in the fields of sports, entertainment and general interest via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports, entertainment and general interest.
